Foreign Investment Enterprise Import and Export License Management

Our country implements a license management system for the import and export of certain goods. Foreign-invested enterprises must apply for import and export licenses when importing and exporting these goods.

(1) The application procedure for import licenses First, the enterprise submits an application and submits it to the Guangxi Foreign Economic and Trade Commission after the preliminary approval of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau. According to the approved annual export plan, the enterprise shall apply for an export license once every six months by the foreign trade and economic management department.

(c) Exemption of import and export licenses under the following circumstances:
